Angel Sigui

Angel es misionero en el Campo Andino del Norte. Antes de su asignación actual trabajó como traductor senior para Comunicaciones Globales para el Centro de Ministerio Global Nazareno en Lenexa, Kansas. Tiene más de 20 años de experiencia en las áreas de interpretación y traducción para diferentes industrias como la médica, legal, empresarial y teológica. Nació en Guatemala, donde asistió a la escuela de música y se graduó como profesor de música.
Matthew Hopster

Matthew is an ordained pastor in the Church of the Nazarene, serving as a missionary in Quito, Ecuador. Matthew has many years of experience of working with youth and college age students, and is a former NILI student himself! He has a passion to be a support for those who are interested in learning a second language and believes that second language learning opens many opportunities for future ministry!
Andréa Hopster
Program Coordinator / English Language Professor
Andréa is a missionary with the Church of the Nazarene on the North Andean Field. Andréa is the first person you may reach when you have questions about NILI, and she is excited to answer them all! She has a passion for second language learning and has recently begun teaching English to non-native speakers. She believes that with language learning, there are endless possibilities in both advancing your career and advancing the Kingdom of God!
Adriana Piñafiel
Academic Coordinator / Spanish Language Professor
Adriana has a Master’s in teaching foreigners Spanish and has been teaching Spanish for the past 16 years! Adriana has written our proprietary textbooks which have proved incredibly successful in helping students advance in their comprehension and conversation of the Spanish language! Her master’s thesis was focused on teaching pastors, missionaries and lay leaders the Spanish language they need for their specific assignments. She received high marks and astonishment from her university in Madrid, Spain, who shared that they had never heard of such a focus in teaching the Spanish language!
